Why can‘t I hear the ringing sound on outgoing calls?
Well, it seems that you have turned off this function. If you want to hear that sound, please right-click on ““Spykas”” program and select “Audio options”. Then just select “mute on ringing” or simply click the headphone icon.
How do I make a “Spykas” call?

Calling to Lithuania you must enter the number in the following way: 8 - "Country or mobile network code" - "number”. For e.g. If you are calling to Vilnius: 852XXXXXX
Can I call all numbers in all countries?
“Spykas” enables you to call all the fixed and mobile networks internationally and talk at fantastic rates. It might not be possible to access some premium service numbers or other special numbers in some countries.
I can‘t reach one particular number. What‘s wrong?

This could happen due to the fluctuations in the public switched telephony . This might be temporally situation, so please try again later. However, if the problem persists, please contact us by info@spykas.com reporting the wrong destination and we will do our best to solve the problem.
I can’t hear anything! What's wrong?

1. First of all, please make sure you have a microphone and speaker properly connected to your computer. You can do this by listening to some record or just radio. 2. Please check Internet availability. 3. Please check whether you are a registered “Spykas” user. You should notice a note “Registered”. 4. Be sure that you haven’t checked “Mute” function (in this case speaker icon should be brownish). If yes, click the icon as it turns to grey color. 5. Check the sound settings. You should try this as follows: open „Start“=> „Control Panel“ => „Sounds and Audio devices“ => „Advanced”, the button found in „Device volume“ section. 6. Please check if “Spykas” uses Windows default audio device. In order to make sure, please right-click ““Spykas”” icon and choose “Audio options”. The default audio device is not found if you can’t make changes in „select output device” and „select ringing device” sections.
The other person can't hear me. What's wrong?

The other person reports poor sound quality while calling. What should I do?

This might happen due to the technical difficulties that the calling person might be facing ( for eg. in case you are calling to the mobile network, such calls might have some fluctuations. Poor sound quality might be cased if you’ve checked “Mic boost” at “Audio options”. Another way of improving quality is to adjust the microphone position. Many of the microphones work properly at a distance of 5 cm of the mouth. An alternative would be to give a trial of the new headphones and microphone.
Which number is visible for the person I’m calling to?

Each “Spykas” program is provided with Lithuanian number as follows: 8 700 XXXXX. This is the number within your friend’s eye. On subject to network the prefix might differ: 00370700XXXXX or +370700XXXXX or 8700XXXXX You will receive the calls from Lithuanian callers as well from those living abroad. While being abroad you should dial 00370700XXXXX or +370700XXXXX; this means that you should enter international code, Lithuanian code and particular ““Spykas”” number. Attn! The calls will be priced according to Lithuanian fixed rate network. Thus you can enjoy the calls in terms of local rates.
I can’t be reached within my ““Spykas”” number. What’s wrong?

Probably you are not registered. If you are registered, you should notice a button located on account field, marked as”Unregistered”. If you can’t see this, just click that button. In case of fail, you might have faced the problems as follows: 1.Your Internet connection is temporally down 2.You are forbidden to enter this site by your network administration. Please contact him, report the problem. And ask for access to these ports: 4569 and 10000-20000. 3.Somebody damaged or deleted your configuration data. Try to uninstall and reinstall the program. If the problem still exists, please contact us by info@spykas.com
What does the button “Unregistered” means?

It provides the information weather your “Spykas” is connected to our service. Only being logged out, you might be reached by the number you are provided. Each time you open “Spykas” or in case of Internet disconnection it automatically starts to log in.
I can’t register to my “Spykas” account. What’s wrong?

You might have faced one of three following problems: 1.Your Internet connection is temporally down 2.You are forbidden to enter this site by your network administration. Please contact him, report the problem. And ask for access to these ports: 4569 udp and 10000-11000 tcp and udp. 3.Somebody damaged or deleted your configuration data. Try to uninstall and reinstall the program. If the problem still exists, please contact us by info@spykas.com4.Please be sure if none of your programs works on /AX2 protocol. It is usually used by other similar to ““Spykas”” programs. Whereas both programs work on the same port, only of them is able to operate simultaneously. SO please turn off one of the.
I can’t dial! I click the “Dial” button; it starts counting, however the call does not take place. What I’m doing wrong?

I can’t see Lithuanian letters. What shall I do?

This happens due to improper settings. You can check and change this if you open „Start“ => „Control panel“ =>„Regional and language options“. To see Lithuanian letter, check “Lithuanian” in “standards and formats” field.
Can I purchase “Spykas” living abroad?

Well, first of all you should sign subscriber’s agreement. If you are not able to arrive to our services, please just contact us through the e-mail info@spykas.com. On customer’s request, the contract might be signed in terms of fax or e-mail
